Inspired by Portlandia's Put a Bird on it, Teen Craft Scene is all about getting crafty. In this three-week series, teens can come and try their hand at innovative crafts and cool art projects. Each week, we’ll have a different craft or project to make and take! Bird crafting is encouraged but not required.
