Gregory Ormson will introduce and read six short sections from his book of 23 lyric narratives, Yoga Song (Rochak Press, Allahabad India, 2022).

Participants will be invited to practice a few easy breathing patterns that are used in yoga classes.

Gregory believes that Yoga's song is in our breath, and when breathing we are singing our Yoga song.
