Event Details

Join Master Gardener Angela Judd to learn how to turn your yard and kitchen waste into organic fertilizer that nourishes the soil, as well as your vegetables, plants, and flowers.  When you use in-bed vermicomposting bins, the worms live, work, reproduce, and make worm castings in the garden bed, right where they are needed.

This program supports the City of Mesa’s Climate Action Plan (MCAP), a Mayor and Council priority initiative to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, build resilience in our community, and address the negative outcomes of a changing climate.
