Yoga is a great way to destress, exercise, and clear your mind. This week we welcome yoga teacher Andreana Crooks for an introduction to meditation, intentional breathing, and easy movement.

The Young Adult Action Society offers different activities each week. We are making a positive difference in our library, our city, and the world. This group is always accepting new members—bring a friend! Ages 14+.
