Event Details
Come to the library for yoga in a relaxed environment without the pressure of attending a gym or studio. Session is for adults and appropriate for all levels, and will focus on technique as well as yoga flowing practice. <b>Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor without assistance or difficulty. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel and strap.</b>
Please note: This will be our last Yoga class for the summer. Classes will resume in September.
