Inspirian Community Room (GW)
The Inspirian Community Room is available to the public for use that meets the Mesa Public Library Meeting Room Use Guidelines. Reservations are subject to availability and should fall within meeting room hours: Monday - Thursday 10am to 7:30pm / Friday - Saturday 10am - 4:30pm. Requests may be made no further than 30 days in advance.

Food and Drink
Food and lidded beverages are permitted in the Inspirian Community Room. Some food items may need to be consumed in the associated patio space at the request of library staff.
The Inspirian Community Room is equipped with access to free Wi-Fi. Public use of the Inspirian Community Room does not include use of A/V equipment and users need to provide their own screen, projection, audio, laptop, and cords as needed. No storage space is available.
There are 20 standard meeting room tables, including 2 wheelchair accessible tables, and 40 chairs available for use. The user is responsible for setting up and leaving the room in the condition in which it was found, including disposal of any waste materials in appropriate receptacles. Users should include time for set up and clean up in their reservation request.
