Event Details

Hospice is a Medicare covered benefit to support end of life care for the affected person and their family.  Dr. Allison Perrin will discuss important end of life decisions for people with dementia and how hospice services can be helpful.  Details about hospice eligibility criteria, insurance coverage, and services available will be presented.  These classes are for the caregiver and are not appropriate for the patient.  For more information, please call 602-839-6850 or email baifcs@bannerhealth.com.
