Discover why this ancient ceremonial practice is so popular today as you create and apply your own henna design. For best results, prepare your skin by exfoliating and moisturizing the day before. On the day of the class, wash normally but do not use any lotions. Also, be aware that henna can stain clothing permanently. Dress accordingly.
