April's book for the IDEAS book group (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Sustainability) is Everything You Wanted To Know About Indians But Were Afraid To Ask by Anton Treuer.

Dr. Treuer is not only Ojibwe himself but teaches the language at Bemidji State University in Minnesota and has written extensively on the subject.  This Young Readers edition is a 2021 edition of the book by the same title for adults written in 2012.  It contains an updated bibliography of recommended reading.  Topics and events discussed have been updated as well.  It is a reasoned, well-thought out presentation and easily understood.
