Event Details
The class will be for advancing students. This Cutting Edge Fitness continues the footwork, guards, and cuts taught in Beginners Longsword and adds solo and partner drills, defense, and disarms. To move on to sparring, participants need to have a standard fencing mask and gloves (heavy gardening gloves will work). Practice shinai will be provided but you may bring your own synthetic sword. Ages 15+. Space is limited, and when necessary, priority will be given to those students who attended Beginners Longsword at the library.
