Local Author Storytime: Vegetable Hide and Seek

Local author Marlene Davis reads aloud her picture book Vegetable Hide and Seek. The story and pictures will capture anyone’s attention and will encourage children to eat vegetables in a playful way. The children will learn about vegetables and their varying colors, vitamins, benefits, and simple and healthy recipes for kids. The presentation ends with a fun game called “Hiding the vegetables.” Geared for ages 3-8. 

Marlene will also read Vegetable Hide and Seek in Spanish on June 25 at 10:00am.
