Program Description

Event Details

Make a chia pet using household objects.   Bring your old jars, whether it is a mason jar, pickle jar, or a salsa jar, and create a chia pet.  Whether you want to make your chia pet look silly, scary, or sweet, it is up to you. Supplies are limited and registration is required. 

This program supports the City of Mesa’s Climate Action Plan (MCAP), a Mayor and Council priority initiative to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, build resilience in our community, and address the negative outcomes of a changing climate.
