Event Details

The spring gardening season is short, but spring is the best time to grow many of our favorite crops.  Learn more about what to plant and how to take advantage of this beautiful gardening season in Arizona. Don't miss this opportunity to meet presenter, Angela Judd, the author of "How to Grow Your Own Food." She is also a Master Gardener and an urban farmer right here in Mesa.

This program is co-sponsored by Mesa Public Library and Mesa Urban Garden*.

*Recently designated as a People's Garden through a USDA grant.

This program supports the City of Mesa’s Climate Action Plan (MCAP), a Mayor and Council priority initiative to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, build resilience in our community, and address the negative outcomes of a changing climate.
