During this class, you will learn how to use our Brother CS-6000i sewing machine. When the class is over, you can sign a waiver and begin self-reserving the sewing machine. If under 18, a parent or guardian must be present to sign the waiver.

Lions Club representatives are available to help you select free reading glasses, non-prescription sunglasses, and glasses cases. They will also accept eyewear donations.

Kristi and Dave Grimm, author/illustrator of the popular MOMMY TELL ME A STORY series, will appear to present and discuss their latest book. Kristi writes and Dave does the illustrations.

Vivid and believable characters are at the heart of every successful story. The workshop will cover a variety of ways of breathing life into the people that populate your story.

Matthew McDonald is our Local Author for August. A US Navy Veteran, VA counselor and student of Psychology, he has combined his interests in his novel, FIRE OF DREAMSVILLE.
