 Learn fun, simple “plant-based food art” techniques, with Melanie Albert, creator of the Plant-Based Food Art Movement. Melanie will demonstrate how to prepare beautiful Raw Carrot Carrot Cake and Sauce & Swirl

This class will explain genealogical research methods for those whose ancestors may not appear in census documents:  African-Americans, Indigenous peoples, and Mexican-Americans.
