Mesa Public Library is excited to partner with the Arizona State Library and welcome Oscar Mancinas as our Writer in Residence from May 18 to July 18.

Make a craft, listen to a story, or conduct an experiment - something fun will be happening every Wednesday in the Youth Activity Room! Supplies are limited.

Pre-requisite: A working knowledge of how to use a computer mouse and keyboard.

If you are new to the computer then Computer Basics is the place to start.  This week we will continue to learn the basics of Google Docs.

Take a break and relax your mind with coloring! We will provide all the supplies and calming music, you bring the artistic skills. 

Are you a fan of the Pokémon© Trading Card Game? Then the Red Mountain Trading Card Game Club is the place for you! Bring your most powerful Pokémon© deck to the library and play against other kids in your community.

Learn to sew as a beginner or bring a project and socialize as a more advanced sewer. Come learn together and meet other sewers.

Music enthusiasts unite! Let's share our passion for good tunes and discuss a classic album each month. Snippets of songs will be played to enhance the discussion of great music.

Medicare is complex and evolving, it is a health insurance program for folks turning 65 years old and for people with certain disabilities.

Try your hand at a low-stakes craft night. This month we'll make our own zentangle abstract art with pen and paper.

We will be using different kinds of plants and fruit to create a rainbow of paint colors.

If you have questions about the equipment in THINKspot, our THINKspot Librarian is available to help you turn your project idea into a concrete action plan.

Can we think of a 21st century Arizona through expressions of place inherent in Arizona’s Indigenous arts? In this presentation, Nanibaa Beck focuses on the representation of place that Indigenous artists in Arizona are making in their art.

Play with your child and explore, create, and investigate with a variety of themed imagination stations. This program enables children to expand socialization and imagination skills! Best for birth- 5 years.
