Pick up a BINGO board in the Children's Room for your age group: kids, tweens, and teens encouraged to play. Request the books through our library hold system. As soon as you read them, mark them off your board.

Teens, test your detective skills! In our teen area you will see a jar of shredded paper. Guess what book this shredded paper used to be and you could win a prize. And have no fears, this tattered book was missing pages and needed to be replaced.

Help us celebrate Read Across America all month long by decorating a sock for our Fox in Socks display. Show us your creativity and we will proudly display your awesome sock all through the month of March!

Some people claim to have seen a leprechaun and other people believe they are a myth. From March 1-16, we'll have a hidden leprechaun sneaking around the children's department.

Stop by the Children's Desk and see if you can guess the banned book in our jar! To celebrate Banned Books Week, players can enter their best guess during the week of September 24.

Completed the Summer Reading Program? You're a Reading Rock Star! Stop by Dobson Ranch Library up until August 5th and post your favorite book and completed reading minutes on our community board.

Spring bunnies are hiding all around the children's area! Find the 9 bunnies dressed up as book characters and either write their name or draw their costume. Submit your entry at the service desk for a prize!

Shiver me timbers! September 19th is International Talk Like a Pirate Day and we’re celebrating all week from Sept. 17-22!

In November we will be filling up a tree with leaves of thanks. Drop by the youth area anytime from November 1 - November 30, fill in a leaf with what you're thankful for and it will be added to our tree of thanks.

Grown ups shouldn't be the only ones who get to vote this election year. Exercise your civil right and help vote in the next Picture Book President for Dobson Ranch Library! Will it be Squid for President? Grace?
