The class will be for advancing students. This Cutting Edge Fitness continues the footwork, guards, and cuts taught in Beginners Longsword and adds solo and partner drills, defense, and disarms.

Etching is a design technique using a cream that is an acid to permanently etch away at the surface of the glass. We will provide the supplies for you to create your design, or be brave and freestyle it! Limited glassware will be provided.
