The panel from Banner Alzheimer's Institute will answer your questions about Alzheimer's disease or related dementias. The goal is to help caregivers understand the ongoing medical, emotional, social and financial needs that impact the person with dementia and their families. The panel will include Neurologist Danielle Goldfarb, MD; Nurse Practitioner Michele Grigaitis-Reyes, DNP; and Social Worker Mary Lou Hernandez, LCSW.
