Southwest Shakespeare Presents: Brush Up Your Shakespeare

Brush Up Your Shakespeare—Join Breona Conrad, Director of Education at Southwest Shakespeare Company, for an interactive discussion and activities about Shakespeare, the importance and impact of his work. It is based on two upcoming shows presented by the Southwest Shakespeare Theater Company: The Merry Wives of Windsor and Henry V. The two plays will be presented by SSC at Mesa Arts Center, February 7-22.   

Participants have a chance to win tickets or books as door prizes. There will be fun and conversation. “O powerful love, that in some respects makes a beast a man, in some other, a man a beast."

 In addition to becoming Director of Education at SSC in 2025, after 9 years as a company member, Breona is a Teaching Artist and Actor throughout the valley with a B.A. in Theatre and a Minor in Vocal Performance from Indiana-Purdue, Fort Wayne.
