Tree Care Workshop for Homeowners

Mesa-area homeowners will have the opportunity to Celebrate Arbor Day and learn about proper tree care, as well as community resources available for a healthy urban forest, thanks to a FREE workshop presented by Arizona Community Tree Council, City of Mesa and Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management. This informative program will cover proper tree selection, placement, tree watering, pruning, and how to utilize available state resources that will help your trees thrive. The hands-on part of this fun workshop will be participating in an Arbor Day Celebration tree planting that demonstrates proper planting techniques.
