Part of Xeriscape Done Right: A Water-Wise Landscaping Series. Join us for Part II of the free workshop series on Mesa's Grass-to-Xeriscape Program! Meet our expert, Cindy Casaus, who will be discussing how to hire and find the right contractor for your landscape transformation. Topics will include how to find the right contractor for you, best practices when hiring a contractor, and what to do if you have questions or concerns about a project. Whether you're updating your landscape or planning a major home improvement project, this workshop offers valuable tips and insights to help you work effectively with contractors and avoid common pitfalls.
Cindy is the Assistant Director at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC). She oversees the Agency's operations, outreach communications and financial operations.
All attendees will have a chance to win a Dry Climate Gardening book by Noelle Johnson or a $50 gift card to a local nursery.
Stay tuned for the 'Planting for Butterflies' workshop, the last installment in the 'Xeriscape Done Right: A Water-Wise Landscaping Series,' coming October!
This program supports the City of Mesa’s Climate Action Plan (MCAP), a Mayor and Council priority initiative to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, build resilience in our community, and address the negative outcomes of a changing climate.
