Baby Lapsit introduces the rhythm and beauty of language to babies ages birth to 16 months.

Traditional, Small Press, and Self-Publishing: Which option is right for you? This two hour workshop will give you valuable tools to help you make the right decisions and get you started on the road to becoming a published author.

Families and their children are invited to share their ideas and experiences related to themes we explore through picture book literature. A fun craft or activity will round out the program.

Open to adult non-native speakers who need to improve their English speaking, reading and writing skills while learning about American Culture.

Learn the basics of Pinterest with Lynda.com. Students must be comfortable with using a keyboard and mouse. Seating is limited.

Using an Android tablet, Kindle Fire, or smartphone, discover how to change settings, move icons, put your machine to sleep or turn it off, and connect to Wifi.

Come explore your creative side at the library with LEGO. LEGO and DUPLO blocks will be provided.

Popular local Author/Illustrator Cindy M. Bowles -aka CillyArt - will provide drawing tips and techniques for budding young artists. Supplies will be provided, bring your sketchbook and drawing board if you have them. Ages 6-12.

Linda G. Shane will present her newly published book to the public. A Home for Wingtip is a story for children of all ages about the adventures of a shoe who has lost his sole mate. Her book will be available for sale and signing.

Janet Ruth will appear to present her books to the public. Her titles are: Brenin's Crown, Standing Firm and One Nation Under God. In addition to being a writer, she is also a mother, a lawyer, a teacher and a native Arizonan.

Jan Krulick is our Local Author for the month of February. Her book is titled: Love, Bill : Finding My Father through Letters from WWII.

An intermediate class with emphasis on learning English basic grammar rules and practicing them in discussion and writing situations. Adult non-native speakers must be able to read, speak, and write basic English.
