It's time to get messy! Leave the cleanup to us and join us monthly for fun, messy activities. This month, we will be making slime. Ages 6-12. Registration required.

We’ll break out the puzzles and families can choose their favorites to put together. Puzzles are beneficial for cognitive function, problem solving, and spatial reasoning.

Join us as we paint dinosaurs onto an individual canvas while learning about what dinosaurs' lives were like in the Jurassic Period.

Bring the entire family and watch Jurassic Park in the library. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows to get comfy. Crafts, coloring sheets and limited snacks will be provided.

Enjoy the entertainment of a Summer Reading Program in the comfort of your own home. Come by the Mesa Express Library to pick up a Take Home Program, complete the tasks, and earn summer reading points.  Supplies are limited. 

Come explore your creative side at the library with LEGO®. Children can either follow a monthly theme or build from their imaginations. LEGO® and Duplo® blocks will be provided. Ages 5-12.

Learn about different cultures through food by passing the plate! We will explore how common everyday foods are utilized in various types of cooking. Together, we will cook a simple dish so you can experience food for yourself.

Explore paleontology as we transform into dinosaur detectives. Piece together a paleontologist kit, excavate at a dig site, and research your findings! Presented by the Arizona Science Center. Ages 5-11.
