Come explore your creative side at the library with LEGO®. Children can either follow a monthly theme or build from their imaginations. LEGO® and DUPLO® blocks will be provided.

Design and carry out experiments to help you learn more about science — the fun way! Strap on your goggles and get ready to have a blast. Ages 5 -10.

Challenge your ingenuity and your creativity with the skyscraper flash challenge. You will create a miniature skyscraper that will stand on its own in 45 minutes. Once your time is up, we will see if your skyscraper will stand by itself.

Cut, tie, and stuff a no-sew pillow for yourself or to give as a gift. Supplies are limited. Ages 8-12. 

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create a machine that can solve a problem and maybe even save the world. This program will self-destruct in 60 minutes.

What do you do with plastic lids? You make a really cool necklace.

Stretch your imagination using science! Each month we'll do hands-on activities in science, technology, engineering, art, or math. Grades 1-6.
