Start your day with movement and energy at the library! Join the Reformed Pilates studio for a 50-minute Mat Pilates class designed to strengthen your body, enhance flexibility, and sharpen your balance. This welcoming session is suitable for all experience levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or already familiar with the practice.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing so you can move with ease. Participants are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early, as space may fill quickly.

 Location: West entrance lawn, between the library and the Orange Monster.

Come stretch, strengthen, and start your morning feeling refreshed!
