Join HealthRhythms facilitator, SusyJeanne Manning, for a one hour session where you will be guided musically into your own quiet therapeutic time of personal relaxation, meditation and reflection. Discover a refreshing experience for your mind and body as you sit/lie quietly and listen to the vibrational and resonant sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, quartz singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flute, drum, rainstick, and a variety of other instruments. Quiet the mind, still the body, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
Reservations required. Adults and teens 15 and up are welcome.
To prepare:
- Be on time. Session opens 15 minutes before start time for all to get settled.
- For a more comfortable session, participants can lie down on the floor, bring a yoga mat, blankets, comfortable cushions, comfy camp chair or just sit in a library chair.
- NO FOOD/DRINKS ALLOWED - Water is fine during the session.
