Program Description

Event Details

Yoga practices include invigorating physical postures, breathing methods and meditation. Classes do not require any fitness level or previous experience of yoga.  Children 7+ can attend Yoga sessions, but should be accompanied by an adult.  Participants should stay for the entire session to get the full benefit.  Daily practice requires only 5-25 minutes time.
