Parenting Workshop- Raising a Reader®

This engaging series presented by AZCEND Resource Center includes 4 workshops for parents to learn: how to excite your child with books and build a reading routine at home; effective techniques to foster language and early literacy development; how to make helpful connections with your local library; and how book sharing promotes healthy brain development. 

This series is designed for parents and caregivers of children ages birth to 5 years.  Childcare is provided.  Registration for this event is required and space is limited.  Registration for the first session will register you for all four sessions on April 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th.
